"PK Real Estate Sales Advisory Services" is absolutely free.

How it all works:

• The normal selling commission applies to the real estate agent you choose, but you will not pay any fee to "PK Real Estate Sales Advisory Services" for their advice in helping you sell your home.
• There are absolutely no charges, fees or hidden costs whatsoever in using this service.
• The real estate agent you appoint will simply pay PK a fee from their commission earned, once the home is sold.
• It is common practice in the real estate industry for one agent to pay a referral fee to another.
• If for any reason there is no sale, or you decide at any time not to sell, there will be no fee at all payable to "PK Real Estate Sales Advisory Services".
